Our children: Beautiful growth, how the future would be

We are the parents of the new era. Being reasonably well off, we are able to give our children the kind of learning environment, we never experienced for ourselves. I also feel proud, that this is fairly backed by good amount of time that we parents are able to give to our child and understand them better and spend some quality time with them. I think, this can be only good for the generation to come. What I do not know, and sometimes do wonder as to how would we react when this new generation grows up. For example, I do expect that they would be more sensitive to things, that we just don't care about (green, misery, education, choice and freedom). There may be more, which I do not know of. I think, we need to be careful not to force our obsolete values on them, or the values that would be obsolete by then on them and stymie, probably what is right for those times. I am very hopeful that it can be nothing but good, but I think we need to prepare ourselves better to expect the unexpected.
